Ailsa Taylor is the woman behind Healthy Happy Green.
Born and raised in Australia and practically lived all over the world she is now living in Amsterdam.
She's always been a food lover and had the pleasure of treating her taste buds to many food markets, road side food stalls and Michelin star restaurants. In 2013 she moved with her partner and two little girls to Amsterdam.
And bought herself a juicer and a crate of organic produce and began experimenting...the start of Healthy Happy Green!
In March she threw herself into the deep end and hand made (!) over 100 bottles of organic juice and 70 raw health bars for a Pop Up market in Amsterdam.
