Last weekend I bumped into a lovely store in Groningen city: Walnut Mixstore.
Good taste with a mix of Stationary, Accessoiries, Jewelry, Living and Clothing all by young designers.
They also have a webshop, but is not as much as in the real store: (ilovewalnut.nl)
Was hard not taking everything with me...I held my horses and bought a perfect little brooch from a label Turina . It's a tiny little boat, like the ones you make yourself out of newspaper.
Very pleased with it!

Afgelopen weekend liepen we tegen een superwinkel aan in Groningen: Walnut Mixstore in de Oude Boteringestraat 14. Het pand staat te huur en de winkeleigenaren mogen het huren tot het verkocht wordt. Doen ze goed! Ook goed is hun smaak, het is een leuke mix van jonge ontwerpers op gebied van Stationary, Accessoires, Prints, Kleding en Interieur. Het klopt gewoon.   
Ze hebben ook een webshop, maar die is niet zo uitgebreid als de winkel zelf (ilovewalnut.nl)
Had veel mee willen nemen, maar vooral op mijn wensenlijstje gezet...

Ik ging uiteindelijk met een supercool heel klein boot-broche van het label Turina de winkel uit. Ben er helemaal blij mee!

Over the last few years I've collected more & more brooches, I particularly like birds, leaves, flowers and classic women portraits. I'll show you my top ten favorites:

Zo langzamerhand is een verzameling van broches aan het ontstaan merkte ik! Ben vooral dol op bloemen, blaadjes, vrouwenportretjes en vogels.
Scoor ze meestal op rommelmarkten of brocantes, en soms dus nieuw. Dit zijn mijn tien favorieten:
